Samsung Mocks iPhone Users Yet Again In Its Latest Ad, Calls Them Wall Huggers

Both Samsung and Apple have been rivals for the longest time, competing for the global smartphone marketshare.

If you are an iPhone user like me, you would definitely identify with smartphone users who would remain closely to outlets or charging stations to charge their batteries of their iPhones, especially at airports.

Samsung smartly leverages on this and identified iPhone users as Wall Huggers, and while these iPhone users would constantly need to be on the lookout for charging stations, Samsung owners, on the other hand, are free to roam around, get coffee–and even change the batteries on their phones — if need be. Samsung is sending this message out to all iPhone users, that the low capabilities of their phone’s batteries cause them to miss out on the most basic of human-and-phone interactions.

My guess? Apple might rebut the commercial by pointing out that iPhones run out of juice more often because they’re used a lot more by their users.
