So, what is so different about Taiwan and Hong Kong? Through the eyes of Jie Jie, a Taiwanese artist living in Hong Kong, he has whipped up a comic illustration depicting 16 major differences between the 2 cities.
Much to the delight (and dismay) of many, it went viral and was picked up by platforms such as Weibo, Shanghaiist and even Buzzfeed. Find out why these illustration are making such a buzz among the netizens:

2. And how it is (literally) living up to its namesake as a fast paced metropolitan
3. And this applies to elevators, as well
4. Except when an ambulance is behind your car
5. It seems that Hong Kees, in general, fare better when it comes to languages
6. And they are more concerned about their appearance
7. Even truck drivers have to be drool worthy
8. However, Taiwan clearly has the upper hand when it comes to dining
9. One can demand and be treated like royalties
10. Though one can also be cursed behind their back and have their life shortened by 5 years
11. As for Taiwanese, they are relatively more independent
12. And more composed, even in the face of natural calamities
13. They also have a better understanding of how social media works
14. And facebook is necessary in any circumstances, in good times

16. Except when it comes to actual drama, where bystanders in Hong Kong will whip out their gadgets, record and post it up, while Taiwanese would prefer to gloss over the argument
