Malaysia was hit by a grave situation recently—139 number of graves to be exact.

In case you missed the news, there were numbers of bodies which are suspected to be migrants buried in the grave sites at the northern Malaysian border with Thailand. And while the whole nation is in shock with the gruesome discovery, there are still no answers as to who is responsible for this horrifying act.

A former journalist from Kuala Lumpur, who seems to be in Thailand currently (based on his Facebook caption), posted a picture that was published by The Nation newspaper in Bangkok, depicting the grave crisis in Malaysia.

The picture has been circulating in social media and has the number of shares is increasing by the hour. The daring cartoon pokes fun at its ‘seditious’ nature and makes a parody of the “Malaysia, Truly Asia” tagline.

The grave site appears to be a complex that stretches well into Thailand and it’s established that it’s a popular route used for smuggling the Rohingya from Burma and Bangladesh. According to BBC, the police are currently excavating the graves to find out who they really are and to find out the exact number of the people buried.
