How You Can Immortalise Your Name In Korea’s Very Own Walk Of Fame—For Free

Korea Tourism Organization (KTO) has released a campaign called “Write your name in Korea” for its newly launched tourist attraction called “Sang Sang Gil” which means “Imagination Road” in the Korean language.

Inspired by the Walk of Fame in Hollywood, you can now have the chance to have your name engraved on the street of Sang Sang Gil area of the Changdong Art Village.

Apart from getting your own very tile with your name engraved, you also stand a chance to win 2 free round-trips to Korea for 4 days (includes 3 nights’ accommodation and tour to Sang San Gil). Among the applicants, 1 person will be randomly selected every week for 6 weeks and they will be granted an opportunity to visit Korea.

The 4 days and 3 nights travel package to Korea (6 teams of 12 people in total) which includes:

1. 2 Round-trips flight tickets to Korea
2. Accommodations for 2 nights in Seoul and 1 night in Changwon
3. One-day tour of Sang Sang Gil in Changwon

The contest is open to everyone and the names of the first 23,000 participants will be engraved on Sang Sang Gil in the city of Changwon located on the southern coast of Korea.

Whereas the names after the 23,000 participants will be printed and displayed in the Sang Sang Gil area of the Changdong Art Village. So far, the first 5,000 names have been engraved and the remaining 18,000 names will be engraved in October.
