Google is the ubiquitous company that’s always on the back of everyone’s minds when searching for information on the internet.
The word ‘Google’ is as much a verb as it is a noun.
Google is also consistently ranked as one of the best, on most cases THE best, company in the world to work for.
On top of that, their offices are also one of the most enviable by people who wish to work there, and each campus in a major city possesses an interior design that reflects the local community of their location.
Moving Rumours No More
In April last year, it was reported by the Business Times that several big name companies, such as Microsoft and Google, were looking to move from their current location in a bid to cut rental and operation costs by relocating to somewhere at the outskirts of the Central Business District.
A potential location for these companies to move in to seem to point towards the new Mapletree Business City II. Google was previously located at Asia Square 1 in the Marina Bay Financial District.
Well, guess what, that very business estate was recently completed earlier in May, and with it, opens its doors for new tenants to come in to occupy the vast office spaces being made available.
And among those new tenants, you’ve guessed it, is Google.
A local Google-r yesterday dropped a huge hint regarding Google’s newest local campus, and where else could it be but Mapletree Business City II.
Her caption reads:
“MAPLETREE BUSINESS CITY: First day at the new Google campus! Can’t post photos of the inside until the big reveal, so here’s one of the exterior with the team;).”
While they weren’t any interior photos as of yet, it looks like the new Google campus is up and running, only waiting to be unraveled to the world.
We can’t wait to swing by!
Oh, and here’s a map if you don’t know where Mapletree Business City II is.
