This S’pore Dating Service Is Only Open To “Elites” With At Least $150K Annual Income

Winning at the dating game is a tough, sometimes tumultuous challenge for many singles who just want to meet the right one that gets them.

Through their 15 years of experience, arranging over 120,000 dates and bringing thousands of couples into successful relationships, Singapore dating company Lunch Actually noticed that the struggle is even more complex among high-flyers.

Concerns about privacy, squeezing precious time out of their schedules, and whether their potential partner matches their sophisticated lifestyles are among some considerations.

To create a dating experience suitable for affluent singles, Lunch Actually branched out to launch an elite dating service in Singapore, Peerage.

(In case you were wondering, ‘peerage’ refers to a class of people who belong to the nobility or gentry).

Their press release describes this as “an exclusive high-end matchmaking service” for “C-level executives, celebrities [and] personalities”.

And they aren’t playing around loosely with the term ‘exclusive’.

The clients of PEERAGE are only exclusive to legally single individuals residing in Singapore with a minimum annual income of at least $150,000.

Violet Lim, co-founder and CEO of Lunch Actually, and now Peerage, added on: “With our highly elite service, our members who are the leaders in their own respective fields can be assured that their matches are drawn from the same pool of accomplished professionals as they are.”

A key feature Peerage employs to give clients the most premium standard of service is a Dedicated Relationship Manager for each individual.

A Relationship Manager’s job will be to headhunt matches, arrange introductions, follow up and provide post-date assistance (like sending gifts or securing second dates) for their clients.

Peerage explains their service is “designed for convenience and utmost privacy, starting with a private consultation that is done at the client’s preferred venue”.

The company has appointed their Senior Relationship Manager Melinda Chong, tapping on her vast exposure in “dealing with high net worth individuals” as a former beauty queen.

Following her days of winning titles in major international pageants, she is now actively involved in the pageant scene and “prestigious events” in Singapore.

Peerage shares that Melinda’s own network has helped expand beyond the profiles found through Lunch Actually’s LunchClick and eSynchrony database.

She has also personally sourced suitable matches for clients from friends of friends, referrals, and people she meets at events and networking.

Membership on Peerage comes in two packages of different durations, and fees start at $12,000.

The 1-year package gives members unlimited dates with a minimum of 5 guaranteed dates, while the 2-year package brings that up to at least 10 guaranteed dates.

Under both packages, members have access to a “suite of highly personalised features” including:

While this ‘elite dating experience’ may seem world’s apart from the rest of Singapore’s ordinary everyday romances, Violet brings it back down to the same fundamentals.

“It is my belief that life is better shared with someone who uplifts you, and is willing to walk every step of the way with you,” she said.

“We are confident that [Peerage can] provide a seamless, highly effective service to help high-calibre singles find their special someone to enter another stage of life with.”
