The Google Nexus 9 is hailed to be one of the best tablets of 2014 with its high-end specs and even made it into CNET’s list of the best tablets of 2014. The 8.9 inch Nexus 9 depends on its powerful mobile processor and the latest Android 5.0 Lollipop operating system to impress users instead of other not-quite-necessary fancy features such as fingerprint sensors, swiveling cameras, and docked keyboards.

Co-developed by Google and HTC, Marques explained that the pricing of the Nexus 9 (US$399 for the 16GB tablet) seemed a bit too pricey because it just feels like a “slightly larger Nexus 7” and the Nexus 7 is known for its affordable price (currently about US$229).
However, he does recommend it for people who wants to buy it for the software experience. And as he puts it, “If you gotta have a Nexus, you gotta have a Nexus.”
