2. Evernote

What it does: A note-taking app that can keep all your notes organised and synced on PC and mobile devices for easy access.

Download it on Google Play or the Apple App Store.

3. 25K

“The app is user-friendly, click start and just run. It starts easily first and gets harder over time. Walk for 1 min, run for 1 min and repeat for 30 minutes. This app is great for those that are starting out with running or someone who hasn’t worked out in a while.” – Tyler (Google Play User)

What it does: Prep yourself from couch to 5k for that marathon that you’ve been thinking of joining but never do.

Download it on Google Play or the Apple App Store.

4. Zombies, Run!

There are gazillions of running apps in the store, but this one gamifies your exercise by giving you a story to listen to, with missions that you want to clear. You can also tackle the story at your own pace by walking or running.” – Rikco (Writer)

Travel – See The World

8. Polarsteps

Sarah’s trek around Japan

“I don’t post many pictures of my travels on social media and the picture are memories for myself rather than the public. The app allows me to look back to where I travel as it tracks me via GPS. I can pinpoint specific locations where I’ve been to and link a picture to said location. At the end of the vacation, I have a bird’s eye view of where I’ve explored.” – Sarah (Managing Director)

As you can see, there are plenty of epic apps around that you can easily find if you just browse through the app store.

However, these apps will most likely drain your data quickly and if you aren’t subscribed to an unlimited data plan, which you might find yourself running out very quickly if you’re watching shows while taking the LRT or watching cat videos while sitting in your Grab car.

You can tackle this problem by using YES Konfem 4G Konfem Unlimited plan that starts from just RM1 per day. It even offers you unlimited data for all your browsing needs and you can use it to even download the epic apps we just listed.

As such, you don’t have to worry if you have enough data when you are downloading these apps on the go.

Plus, if you’re planning to trek around KL and visit places such as the Jalan Alor Market, KL Eco-Forest Park, Batu Caves or drop by for a coffee at Piu Piu Piu cafe you can jot them down on Polarsteps and look back on the memories anytime and anywhere with YES 4G.

If you have apps that you’d like to recommend to us, leave a comment and tell us why those are epic apps that you love.
