We are pretty big fans of messaging app LINE as we have probably mentioned this a couple of times here at Vulcan Post.

To celebrate LINE’s recent achievement of 400 million global users and as part of their commitment to growing the Singapore market, LINE mentioned that it be holding their first Pop-up store in Singapore today.

However, we received news from LINE that the Pop-up store is postponed until a later date.

Here’s the announcement news from LINE Singapore’s PR representative:

On behalf of LINE Singapore, we regret to inform you that the Opening of LINE Pop-up Store in Singapore at Wisma Atria, scheduled on Friday, 25 April 2014, has been postponed due to an unforeseen circumstance.

LINE Singapore would like to apologise to its Singapore users and fans for this postponement in bringing the LINE experience and seek their understanding as they require some time to resolve the unforeseen logistical issue.

LINE hopes to bring the Pop-up store to Singapore as soon as possible and the exact date will be announced soon.

We hope you’ll be able to convey our sincerest apologies and share this unfortunate news with your readers.

The LINE Pop-up Store was originally scheduled to take place today until 18th of May at Wisma Atria.

We will keep you posted on any news from LINE Singapore.

In the meantime, if you are looking to get yourself some LINE merchandises, you can check out this Taiwan online shopping site. It is however, in Chinese only though.
