Ingredients:Â Traditional You Tiao (Wheat Flour, Water, Salt, Vegetable Margarine, Raising Agent [INS 500(ii), INS 541(ii)], Shortening, INS 503(ii), INS 481(i), Vegetable Oil), Fish Meat, Cuttlefish, Starch, Palm Oil, Salt, Flavour Enhancers (E621, E640), Sugar, Egg White Powder, Stabilisers, Sesame Seeds

OTAH CHARCOAL YOU TIAO
Ingredients:Â Charcoal You Tiao (Wheat Flour, Water, Salt, Binchotan Powder, Vegetable Margarine, Raising Agent [INS 500(ii), INS 541(ii)], Shortening, INS 503(ii), INS 481(i), Vegetable Oil), Spanish mackerel, eggs, coconut milk, sugar, cornflour, salt, chilli paste, red chillies, galangal, lemongrass, belachan, candlenut, onions, shallots and turmeric

Storage: Keep frozen at -18°C. Do not refreeze after thawing
Cooking Instructions:
Air Fryer / Convection OvenDefrost the product to room temperature
Preheat the Air Fryer / Convection Oven to 180°C
Spray or brush some cooking oil on the product and allow to roast for 10 – 20 minutes
Pan Fry / Deep FryHeat some cooking oil to about 180°C
Fry the the product lightly at 180°C for about 5 – 10 minutes until it turns golden brown
