In this digital world, we are bombarded by advertisements every day. Whenever there is an opportunity for an advertising slot, publishers will grab them to slap us with marketing messages through advertisements.
After being exposed to all these messaging, we subconsciously remember some of them, and hopefully when it comes the right time, brands are able to activate these messages and convert them into a purchasing behaviour.
Here’s something that might just activate your subconscious mind. Have you ever notice the similarities between some of the models you see in some of the advertisements?
Let’s take a walk down memory lane:
And the list goes on and on.
Wonder who she is? According to a Facebook page, she is Ariane, a stock photo model. A separate report wrote that Ariane is a mixed-race Chinese/Canadian model working in the stock photography industry.
“My pictures can be seen daily everywhere on everything from book covers to TV ads to movie posters. I have been featured in ads for brands such as Canon, Dell, Sony, Kellogg’s…and many, many more. Feel free to post snapshots of what you come across, as I can’t see all the ads with me in, and I would love to get to see what’s done around the world 🙂 —Ariane”
I don’t know about you, but she is definitely everywhere- an overexposed model. Now that we have highlighted this, it’s now your turn to keep an eye on Ariane wherever you go. A dedicated Tumblr blog to the sightings of her also exists where you can check out and contribute too.
