Wowintro Is Every HR Manager’s Dream With 30-Second Videos From Job Seekers

According to Asynyc Interview, research shows that the average recruiter receives 20 or so job applications from potential hires every day. These CVs and resumes provide an initial snapshot of these potential employees. But bear in mind that these documents do not always provide an accurate description of a person.

Furthermore, the process is time consuming. At most, only 20 candidates can be screened in a day. Take a phone interview for an example, if you attempt to talk with 20 applicants a day for 30 minutes each, this means you will be spending 10 hours per day, just to dive deeper into the pool of applicants and find the right fit.

There are a number of job hunting platforms in attempt to ease the job application process for job seekers. However, tools that help the human resource department (HR) to boost efficiency in hiring process remains underlooked in the human resource sector. With that being said, wowintro hops into the industry and they are set to revolutionise the HR space.
