Personally, I don’t agree with the common fitness mantra, “No Pain, No Gain.” Now, if you’re a professional athlete or a body builder, then you have to put yourself through hours of pain to develop and grow your muscles. However, if you’re a busy professional that’s looking to step up your fitness game, then it makes sense to set small goals that you can then leverage on at a later stage.
