US-based artificial intelligence (AI) and machine-learning firm Digital Reasoning, today announced the opening of its APAC Business office in Singapore.
Driven by the growing demand for communications analytics capabilities in Asia, the expansion will provide technical and sales support to the firm’s existing customers as well as to new clients who have major Asia divisions or headquarters.
Founded in 2000, Digital Reasoning employs AI and machine-learning technology to helps clients understand human intentions and behaviours.
Their portfolio includes Nasdaq and HCA Healthcare, where they conduct surveillance, provide data analytics, and care management software.
“Our expansion into Asia is a strategic investment to expand our global reach, continue serving the world’s largest banks and lead AI innovation for future customers in this market,” said John Holland, Senior Vice President of EMEA and APAC at Digital Reasoning.
The company now has a presence in five cities globally: New York City, Washington DC, London, and its headquarters in Nashville, Tennessee, with the opening of the Singapore office that’s located at 71 Robinson Road.
Digital Reasoning is currently hiring a Senior Premier Support Engineer in Singapore.
