Preparation & Application:
1. Fill half the bathtub with warm water.
2. Add 100 gram (5 tbsp) of Crystal Bath Salt into the water.
3. After the bath salts have dissolved, add tap water to fill the bathtub.

Don’t have a bathtub? Don’t worry! Here are some other ways to use the bath salt:

1. Foot soak – all you need is a container that is large enough to soak your feet in it.
2. Hand soak – all you need is a container that is large enough to soak both your hands in it.
3. Shower steamer – Sprinkle the bath salts in the corners of your shower (be careful not to step/slip on them) and the steam will activate the relaxing properties of the bath salts.
4. Heat compress – Soak a washcloth in the salty solution and apply onto skin for heat relief.
5. Body scrub – Mix the bath salt with an oil of choice to create a thick scrub and apply directly onto skin.

Preparation & Application:
1. Chill the eye pillow in the refrigerator.
2. Remove the plastic cover and put over eyes for a cooling
