Brudee offers a limited lifetime warranty for all Brudee Sonic Toothbrushes that are associated with an active subscription plan! For items not associated with an active subscription plan, or One-Time Purchase, your Brudee Sonic Toothhbrush will be covered 6 months from the date of purchase or One-Year Pack, your Brudee Sonic Toothbrush will be covered 12 months from the date of purchase.

If your experience with Brudee isn’t love at first brush, we totally understand. The best brush for you should be one that’s enjoyable and comfortable to use, so personal preference is key (regardless of cost or features).

We can provide a full product cost refund (less any incurred shipping costs) within 30 days of purchase. Email us to confirm our return address and an Invoice number for your package. Return postage is not included.

Before you ship, please record your personal tracking number or request a tracking receipt as we cannot issue a refund for lost items without proof of tracking.

Upon receiving a dispute request for refund, Brudee will investigate the case based on the evidence provided and will act accordingly.

Brudee will response to the buyer within 5 to 7 working days from the date the dispute is raised. Buyer are advised to keep track of the case via their email in case our dispute agent need clarification about the evidence submitted or additional information.

This Limited Toothbrush Returns & Refund does not cover:

Cosmetic damage that does not affect the functionality of the product such as scratches, or damage caused by:

• Normal wear and tear.
• Accident, misuse, dirt or water.
• The product being tampered with Improper use.
• Repairs carried out by agents not authorized by Brudee.
• Failure to take proper care of the product, including recharging.
• The product being altered or used for commercial purposes.
• Replacement of any non-defective pieces in the Brudee toothbrush system (for example, if you purchase toothbrushes with multiple components and only one component is defective, then we will only replace the defective component).
• Personal toothbrush preferences.
• Any toothbrush (whether manufactured by Brudee or not) sold by resellers who are not authorized retailers.
• Toothbrushes sold “as-is”, “preconditioned”, “reconditioned”, “used”, “returned”, “previously owned”, or any other similar wording indicating that the Toothbrush is not “new” or of “first quality”, or has previously been purchased or used by another consumer.
• If we have grounds to believe that you are returning of Brudee Sonic Toothbrush for reasons other than because you’re genuinely dissatisfied with the product we reserve the right to refuse to accept the return, not give you a refund and reserve the right to refuse to sell our products to you in the future.
• If your Brudee Sonic Toothbrush has been damaged, you will not be granted a return or refund. The returned Brudee Sonic Toothbrush must be in good condition, even though it will not be resold.
• Once the case reached a conclusion, our dispute team will inform buyer via email about the status of the case. Payment will be released to the buyer if the request for refund is successful.

This Limited Toothbrush Warranty extends to toothbrushes manufactured by Brudee and purchased directly from Brudee. Brudee Toothbrushes are designed to brush adult (i.e., humans aged 13-years or older) teeth. This Limited Toothbrush Warranty does not cover your Toothbrush if you use it in a manner incompatible with that intended design. 

Content from other users, suppliers, advertisers, and other third parties may be made available to you through the Site and/or the Services. Because we do not control such content, you agree that we are not responsible for any such content. We do not make any guarantees about the accuracy, currency, suitability, or quality of the information in such content, and we assume no responsibility for unintended, objectionable, inaccurate, misleading, or unlawful content made available by other users, advertisers, and other third parties or violation of any third party rights related to such content. 

The Site and Services may contain links to websites not operated by us. We are not responsible for the content, products, materials, batteries, or practices (including privacy practices) of such websites. However, there will be a surcharge for battery replacement. You understand that by using the Site and/or Services you may be exposed to third-party websites that you find offensive, indecent or otherwise objectionable. We make no warranty, representation, endorsement, or guarantee regarding, and accept no responsibility for, the quality, content, nature or reliability of third party websites, products or services accessible by hyperlink or otherwise from the Site or Services. 

We provide these links for your convenience only and we do not control such websites. Our inclusion of links to such websites does not imply any endorsement of the materials on such third party websites or any association with their operators. The Site and Services may contain links to websites that are operated by us but which operate under different Agreement. It is your responsibility to review the privacy policies and Agreement of any other website you visit. 

YOU AGREE THAT IN NO EVENT WILL WE BE LIABLE TO YOU IN CONNECTION WITH ANY WEBSITES, CONTENT, PRODUCTS, MATERIALS, OR PRACTICES OF ANY THIRD PARTY.

This Limited Toothbrush Warranty extends to the original purchaser of any Toothbrush. All Brudee warranties, including any implied warranties, are valid only for the period of time the Toothbrush is owned by the original purchaser of the Toothbrush. 

The “Original Purchaser,” for the purposes of this Limited Toothbrush Warranty, is the first purchaser of the Toothbrush from Brudee. Please retain a copy of your receipt as proof of purchase. All Brudee limited warranties are not transferable.

Brudee warrants the Toothbrush in its original packaging sold to you against the defects as a result of fault in the materials or workmanship in the construction and manufacture of the product (“Defects”) from the time your Toothbrush is purchased by you, when the Toothbrush is used normally for its intended purposes.

In the event of a Defect and in order to get the benefit of this Limited Toothbrush Warranty, you must return your Toothbrushes (including all components which came with the unit at time of purchase such as the cord, etc.) to Brudee and provide Brudee with proof of the original date of purchase. Should shipping costs be required to return your Toothbrush, you will be responsible for those costs. Evidence of a Defect and any claims must be sent to the address set forth at the end of this Limited Toothbrush Warranty.

Brudee will repair or replace (as applicable) and ship your Toothbrush back to you. You will be responsible for any shipping costs associated with shipping replaced or repaired Toothbrushes.

Replaced or repaired Toothbrushes are subject to the same Limited Toothbrush Warranty as the original Toothbrush. For example, if you obtain a replaced or repaired Toothbrush that is the same style and price as the original Toothbrush, then the warranty term of the replaced or repaired Toothbrush begins from the date of purchase of the original Toothbrush.
