Egg Prata with Fish Curry
Prata is an Indian-influenced flatbread dish found in several countries in South East Asia, and is usually served with different types of curry or dhal, but can also be cooked in a range of sweet or savoury variations made with a variety of ingredients such as sardines, meat, egg, or cheese. Our Egg Prata With Fish Curry potato chips has pretty spicy fish curry that is nicely balanced with the flavour the egg prata.
Singapore Laksa
Laksa is a spicy noodle soup popular in the Peranakan cuisine of South East Asia. It consists of rice vermicelli with chicken, prawn or fish, served in spicy soup based on rich and spicy coconut milk. Our Singapore Laksa potato chips, as the name suggests, is based on the Singapore version of this hot Asian cuisine.
Hainanese Chicken Rice
Hainanese Chicken Rice is a beautiful Asian cuisine identified by the fragrance of ginger and the aroma of sesame oil. Based on a well-known Hainanese dish called Wenchang Chicken, so-called because the Hainanese has traditionally only used the Wenchang breed of chicken to make the dish. Almost every country in Asia has a version of Hainanese Chicken Rice. Our Hainanese Chicken Rice potato chips is based on the Singapore version of the dish.
