If the orders have been shipped out, you will need to make a new order. You may return and request a refund for the initial item you ordered.
Each of our perfumes is of the EDP category, with 20% perfume oil. Our scents can last between 12 to 24 hours on average, subject to method of using the perfume, climate conditions and body type.
Yes, you may use the product during prayers. We are using denatured alcohol made in the laboratory. Therefore, it is permissible to use for prayers. The product is made with the expertise of our Celebrity Chef from Le Cordon Bleu and the experience of an 84-year-old perfumery house. Our base oils are made from the highest quality ingredients from the United States, and our bottles are carefully selected from a renowned specialist in France.
Our perfumes are designed to give you a pleasant experience without being too overpowering. We ensure a smooth aromatic experience for each one of our perfumes.
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Shipping
To return your product, you should send an email to care@straitsgrooming.com. Our customer service representative will advise the address for you to return the product.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Our product guarantee refund should you be dissatisfied with the product’s scent or quality is only applicable for the perfume Tester Set.
