Marquez Brownlee takes a look at Google’s newest products: the Nexus 6 smartphone, made with Motorola; and the Nexus 9 tablet, with HTC.
Both devices will be released with the brand new Android 5.0, otherwise known as the Android Lollipop, and will be the first devices released with the brand-spanking new Operating System. All three releases were reportedly announced, not with a press event, but with a discreet blogpost, which calls Android Lollipop “our largest, most ambitious release”.
The Nexus 6 will be the priciest Nexus to be released to date, at US$649 off contract. However, as Marquez will explain, it is completely understandable. Both devices will be available in the US by the end of the month, though details of its sale in Singapore are still unknown.
