Samsung has always been a tough competitor in the mobile industry and they recently proved how competitive they were when they released a pre-order for the Galaxy S7 Edge. It took only 3 hours for all of the allocated 1000 sets to be snapped up by tech lovers.

The pre-order promotion was from the 7th to the 11th of March and Malaysians were very responsive during the period. It was a no-brainer to get the phone during the time slot as customers received an exclusive 20% discount off of the original price, a 128GB complimentary microSD card as well as an additional year’s extended warranty.

Seeing the success that they received on the pre-order for the S7, Samsung decided to leverage on the fact by extending the pre-order promotion for the next 2000 customers. In the 2nd pre-order promotion, the customers were offered 15% discount off of the phone as well as complimentary 64GB microSD card. This time, the phones sold out within 60 minutes.

The new Galaxy S7 Edge comes with packed with great features and powerful performance, including Dual Pixel technology (typically found in DSLRs), Always-On Display (AOD) that delivers constant notifications with protection against water and dust, and better battery life thanks to a beefier 3,000mAh cell.

The official launch of this new Samsung flagship phone will be this Friday (18th of March) at KLCC Centre Court. The first 2000 in line to get the S7 Edge will receive a complimentary Samsung Gear VR. Get more updates from the Samsung Mobile Malaysia Facebook page.
