Google is perhaps one of the top names that any company would want to be associated with.

They have been trying to innovate the world beyond the search engine, with initiatives supporting technological developments and entrepreneurship.

Singapore, on the other hand, is definitely on the way to becoming a place where any aspiring startup founder can enter and turn their ideas into reality.

With an abundance of Government and private funding support, and co-working spaces popping up in all corners of the country, Singapore is aggressively embracing the startup paradise identity.

Google Startup Bootcamp Is Coming

You might be familiar with Google’s programme like Launchpad Accelerator, where they offer selected startups and developers mentorship and equity-free support.

Currently operating in Brazil, India, Indonesia and Mexico, they offer a regular schedule of events offering mentorships and educational sessions from Google and Silicon Valley experts.

Though Singapore is not in the list of countries, it doesn’t mean that Google has completely forgotten about us. Startups in Singapore will soon get a taste of how Google can help them.

Simply called Startup Bootcamp, it is a full day event packed with talks by distinguished speakers from notable industry players, startups, and the Google team themselves!

Speakers include the Managing Director of Google Singapore, Joanna Flint, Amit Anand of Jungle Ventures, co-founder and CTO of Carousell, Lucas Ngoo, and many others.

The event aims to help startups build great, scalable products that can achieve growth by reaching wider audiences, and earn from the monetisation of  their website and/or their mobile app.
