[Update, 13 Oct] Grab announced that starting today (13 Oct), customers will be able to convert the GrabRewards points to KrisFlyer miles.
Open first to GrabRewards’ Platinum members, customers will be able to convert 11,000 GrabRewards points to 1,000 KrisFlyer miles. All other GrabRewards tier members (Gold, Silver and Member) will get be able to access the GrabRewards-KrisFlyer miles redemption from 20 Oct onwards.
Grab also announced a special launch promotion – until 31 Oct, Grab will double the number of miles awarded, giving GrabRewards Platinum members 2,000 KrisFlyer miles for 11,000 GrabRewards points, and all other GrabRewards members 2,000 KrisFlyer miles for 12,000 GrabRewards points.
Singapore Airlines (SIA) and Grab announced a partnership that will see their mobile apps integrating to offer enhanced convenience to customers when travelling to the airport in six countries across Southeast Asia, including Indonesia, Malaysia, the Philippines, Singapore, Thailand and Vietnam.
Starting today (3 Oct), SIA customers can book Grab rides using the SingaporeAir mobile app.
Customers will be able to book a Grab ride to the airport 7 days before their scheduled flight, and all they’ll need to do is fill in the pick-up point and desired time.
Members of SIA’s KrisFlyer and Grab’s GrabRewards programmes will also have the flexibility to convert their GrabRewards points into KrisFlyer miles.

Time-Limited Offers
The first 5,000 customers will receive GrabPay Credits worth $10 in their Grab account for bookings made through the SingaporeAir mobile app for Grab rides in Singapore.
Customers also stand a chance to win a pair of Business Class tickets to Hong Kong in a contest.
All you need to do is to enter the code ‘GRABSQ’ in the promo field in the Grab app booking screen for every Grab ride you take between 9 Oct and 9 Nov 2017.
The customer with the most Grab rides booked during this period will win.
