Popular travel vlogger Nuseir Yassin of Nas Daily has made waves in Singapore for his recent move to Singapore.

He is setting up a new company called the Nas Daily Media Company in Singapore and has previously shared that he is looking to double his staff headcount, specifically hiring about five new people to the team.

Today, Nas Daily finally declared that it is starting hiring rounds for its Singapore team and posted a “golden job opportunity” on its Facebook page.

According to the post, Nas Daily is looking for video editors. While it’s clear that they are scouting for the “best” and “[most hard-working] editor, experience is also a pre-requisite.

Nas Daily has partnered with WeWork to host a “Golden Job Hackathon” at their office this Saturday (April 27), where 20 video editors will battle it out for a spot in the company.

The editors will be given raw video files to work on, and the individual who produces the best edit will be offered the job “on the spot”.

Nas Daily also promises that the job will come with a “competitive salary”.

To apply for the hackathon, keen participants can send their originally-produced video to creators@nasdaily.com.

If they ‘clear’ this round, they will receive an email invitation to join the hackathon.
