Coworking spaces are great for mingling with other people, be they freelancers or employees from different companies. You can also make use of a coworking space if you’re bored of working from home and feel that such a place would encourage more productivity.

We’ve seen several popular coworking giants rise up within Malaysia, and even some chains appear from overseas.

However, this time round, if you’re looking for something a little more intimate, check out these new coworking spaces in Klang Valley that have cropped up around town in the past 6 months, along with their rates, facilities, and features, arranged alphabetically.

1. HanaWomen Hub

Previously known as helloHERA Hub, this coworking space was rebranded to HanaWomen Hub not long ago. Despite the name change, their operation remains the same.

A no-frills working space, HanaWomen wants to give women entrepreneurs and business owners a safe and affordable place to work. While it’s mainly a women-only space, public events held there may permit entry to men.

HanaWomen isn’t just a place for professional women to do their work; working women who are also mothers can bring their children of any ages (preferably 5 and above) along, and HanaWomen also makes it clear that non-binary individuals are completely welcome.

Besides being a coworking space, HanaWomen caters to events up to 30 pax at hourly rates. Their hourly rate starts at RM30 for 1 to 5 pax on weekdays.
