Revolut announced today the launch of the Revolut Visa card on Google Pay for users in Singapore.
Revolut users in Singapore with Android phones can now add their physical and virtual cards to Google Pay with a single tap in the Revolut app.
Google Pay is known to be a seamless and secure way to make payment online and in-stores.
With Google Pay, users can confirm and complete the purchase without having to enter their payment information again, which enables faster check-out.
It is also accepted on the public transportation network in Singapore, such as the buses and trains.
“We know our customers are fast moving away from cash in the majority of the markets we operate in, so integrating with Google Pay is a very positive step forward in enabling our customers to use their money in the way that they want to,” said Lim Wei Han, Global Operations for Card Payments at Revolut.
“Our ultimate goal is to give users a tool to manage every aspect of their financial lives, and the ability to make payments quickly, conveniently and securely is vital to achieving this. We’re excited to offer this feature to our customers in Singapore.”
