Detoxing is a good way to restart the body after all those Christmas luncheons and New Year’s Eve dinners we have feasted over the past few days. As such, Uber will be organising a Detox on Demand campaign this coming Friday on January 8 to help their riders combat the not-so-lovely pouch we’ve gotten as gift during the festive season.

In partnership with LifeJuice Co, Detox On Demand is done in order to bring about detox kits to Uber users in conjunction with the New Year as well as the ‘get healthy’ resolution everyone seems to have at the start of 2016.

All a Uber rider needs to do is to download the app and open it anywhere between 10am to 2pm on the 8th of January. Next, just slide right to “DETOX” in order to request for a detox on demand. Should the request be successful, the Uber Detox kit will arrive at the user’s doorstep within minutes for absolutely free. This healthy campaign will be available to only riders within Klang Valley.

The recipients can then share their Uber Detox experience with their friends and family, by posting pictures and using the hashtags #savinggoodpeoplefrombadjuice #uberdetox, as well as tagging @uber_my and @lifejuiceco in their posts.

The Uber team, however, wants their users to note that the demand will be high for the detox drinks, so if at first you don’t succeed, there is no harm in trying once again. Each of the Uber detox kit will include bottles of nutritious juices which are part of Day 1 of a 3-day cleanse. The 6 bottle of juices are specially curated, and each day would include juices such as Sun Kissed, Beet-le juice and the Nutty Professor, just to name a few.

Uber riders can also get an exclusive LifeJuice cooler bag, perfect for toting the juices around in, and a voucher for 50% off Day 2 and 3 of the cleanse, as well as a unique promo code from Uber to get the rider to the LifeJuice store. A lucky winner will also receive a week’s worth of salads for two from Lifejuice. All they need to do is to submit their entries for a healthy resolution plan for 2016 here.

You can download the Uber app on iOS and Android devices.
