Singapore-based Web3 startup Imaginary Ones is transforming Singapore’s Ten Square building into the world’s largest gashapon machine during this year’s Token2049.

Known for its collection of animated 3D “bubble character” NFTs in 2022 that were sold out in just four minutes, the company’s gashapon machine will allow fans and passersby to win merchandise and special gifts, including Imaginary Ones NFTs.

At Imaginary Ones, we’re all about taking things to the next level of fun—and what’s more epic than turning an entire building into the world’s biggest gashapon machine?

As we’re known for our bubbles and ball filled designed characters, I thought it would be an amazing idea to bring our iconic element into a larger than life experience.

– Gregory Poon, Founding Member and Chief Marketing Officer of Imaginary Ones

Founded by Clement Chia and David Lee, Imaginary Ones has transacted more than 17,000 Ethereum (around US$37 million) in sales volume on OpenSea.

Since selling out their first release in record time on the Ethereum network, the company has partnered with global brands such as HUGO BOSS, Samsung, and Hasbro to roll out partnership products and campaigns.

In recent months, the startup launched their mobile gaming app, Bubble Rangers, which garnered over 1 million downloads with more than 250,000 daily active users at its peak. They have also successfully launched their own token, $Bubble, which is listed on major central exchanges such as Bybit.
