Hello everyone! Happy first Monday of June, and yes we are drawing closer to the mid of 2014! It felt like it was just yesterday when we just wished our readers a very good 2014 New Year. Time sure flies!
Speaking of which, we have finally published the third episode of Vulcan TV, where we visited the office of Singapore online shopping site Zalora. A few websites launched last week: Lazada, a sister site for Zalora, launched its service in Singapore so that more Singaporeans can shop for their daily items online. Other than that, popular smartwatch Pebble also launched in Singapore. A new music streaming site, Rdio, also opened up its service to selected Southeast Asia countries, bringing the fight to other music streaming services such as Spotify and Deezer. Finally, if you are looking for a free taxi ride on the 9th of June, be sure to download GrabTaxi from the mobile app store!
